Lead the association's corporate governance, driving strategic planning, financial soundness, and the achievement of institutional objectives. Oversight and consolidation of accounting and administrative tasks. Direction of board sessions, assemblies, and committees.

Led the technical analysis and automation of analytical reports in Tableau for oversight of California's petroleum market. Led the migration to Snowflake and the construction of a data warehouse. Served as advisor and lead expert on petroleum markets in the context of the PIIRA and SBX1-2 laws. Developed structural and vector autoregressive econometric models for the refining sector.

Led data consulting projects for private companies related to global suppliers, risk management, and operations. Designed supply-chain risk assessment tools for global components (Hunter Engineering). Created a standard framework to evaluate the operational impact of outsourcing decisions (Edward Jones).

Advanced Analytics team. Led a team of data engineers, MLOps, data translators, and data analysts. Developed a predictive model in Python to forecast demand for over 10,000 aircraft parts and materials across more than 200 bases worldwide, deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Lead economist reporting to the Committee of Experts on Economic Regulation, responsible for setting tuition fees for all Chilean universities under the tuition-free policy. Designed and implemented a data collection procedure using Python and GIT to ensure data quality and replicability.

Wisconsin Institute of Technology, working with Thomas Rutherford on the development and maintenance of a state-level computable general equilibrium (CGE) model for the United States. Programming and execution of counterfactual public-policy simulations using GAMS, Python, and R.

Led a team of Python developers and data analysts. Designed and implemented a social-data collection and analysis platform built in Python, Django, and R with ETL from the Facebook API.

National Productivity Commission. Led the country's Annual Productivity Report presented to the Office of the President. Designed a methodology for measuring aggregate and sectoral productivity. Wrote research and policy reports for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsible for measuring and monitoring market risk, with emphasis on interest-rate risk. Daily calculation and monitoring of Value-at-Risk (VaR). Development and implementation of backtesting methodologies. Execution of stress tests and scenario analysis. Quantitative support for the balance-sheet management process in ALCO sessions.
